Exterior – We will begin at the front of the house and work our way around allowing us to view the home’s structure.

- Roof

- Roof drainage (gutters, downspouts and extensions)
- Eves, soffits and fascia
- Windows

Interior – We will begin in the basement and work our way up through the home to the attic.

- Floor structure (if visible) and floors
- Wall structure (if visible) and walls

- Fireplaces
- Mechanical and natural ventilation (kitchen and bathroom exhaust)
- Visual inspection of appliances
Attic – We end in the attic.
